ATS or [Applicant Tracking System] is a computer program that manages hiring processes, including monitoring job candidates, considering resumes, and scheduling interviews for them. It helps with posting job openings, receiving and storing applications, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates throughout the hiring pipeline. Many ATS tools also include integrations with email, calendars, and job boards.
