How much does iSmartRecruit cost? How do I calculate my subscription?
The cost depends on the number of users you buy for your business. The users could be administrators, recruiters, HR managers, consultants, or vendors. If you want to take additional services like data migration and live training, you will be charged extra for such services. You can check our pricing page to know more about pricing plans.
Are there any setup costs, activation costs or other hidden costs?
There are no setup costs and activation costs for the iSmartRecruit. The only required cost to use iSmartRecruit is the subscription price of your package. You may have to pay extra charges for live training sessions, data migration or customisation requests.
Can I switch my plans anytime?
Yes, you can switch your plans any time and also add/remove users anytime. The effect of the new plan will come in the next billing cycle.
Which plan is right for me?
If you are running with a small team, pay per user pricing works best for you. If you have 10+ users, we highly recommend going with the enterprise plan.
Do I need a card during my free trial?
No, you can activate your trial without credit card information.
What features are available during my free 14-day trial?
During the free trial, users have all the features access except Gmail connect to send/receive emails from the Gmail mailbox.
What happens at the end of my free 14-day trial?
Your access will be stopped on the expiry of your free trial. You can buy the subscription and resume your access to the system with all the data you created during the trial.
If I subscribe after my Trial is expired will my Data retain?
Once your trial is expired your account is archived but available for 60 days in that time period you can subscribe and retrieve your data otherwise data will be deleted automatically after 60 days time period.
What type of payment do you accept?
We are integrated with Stripe for payments and we don't save client credit/debit cards. Stripe accepts Visa and Mastercard for payment you can also read Stripe T&C. iSmartRecruit accepts multiple currencies like USD, CAD, AUD, EURO, and GBP. Is there any refund process for downgrading?
No, there is no refund policy for clients as clients pay upfront charges. They can use iSmartRecruit for the period they already paid for.
Are there any cancellation fees?
No, there is no cancellation fee, however, there are no partial refunds.
How to promote jobs with iSmartRecuit?
We do have integration with leading job boards and social media so with a few clicks, you can quickly post your jobs on all such leading platforms and start getting relevant applications for your jobs.
What Job boards do iSmartRecruit have integrated with?
We already partnered with Indeed, Monster, Glassdoor, CV-Library and many other leading job boards. Please visit our integration page to get the complete list of job boards.
How will people apply to jobs I create with iSmartRecruit?
You can promote your jobs on social media and on many free job boards. When candidates find such jobs and are willing to apply, they are just redirected to the iSmartRecruit application page. You can customise the application page with your brand guideline and also set up screening questions to pre-screen your candidates. Once the candidate submits the application, it will be stored in the system and an email notification will be sent to the recruiters.
Can I get my existing candidates on iSmartRecruit on my own?

Can I integrate iSmartRecruit with other software used by my organisation?

We are using AWS Cloud Infrastructure and all your data will be stored in Frankfurt, Germany location. We are fully cloud-based, which means not only can the data be accessed anywhere at any time, but it will always be current and accurate.
Can I take my data with me if I decide to leave iSmartRecruit?
Yes, you can. We don’t believe in holding your data hostage. You can request to export your account data at any time. The data backup will be available in SQL format, which is an industry-standard for creating a structured database. All resumes and other files are exported in a single ZIP format file.
How reliable is iSmartRecruit? Do you have an uptime guarantee?
