Longlist

A Longlist is an initial list of potential candidates who broadly meet the qualifications and experience criteria for a role but have not yet been fully assessed or narrowed down. It is used in the early stages of the recruitment process, particularly in executive search, to represent a wider talent pool from which a more refined shortlist will later be developed.
