Candidate Screening

Applicant or Candidate Screening' is the process of reviewing job applications to select individuals who are skilled and possess the necessary qualifications to contribute to the role. These candidates will be carried forward into the later stages of the recruitment process. The goal of screening is to filter out unqualified applicants early and streamline the hiring process.
