Hiring Manager

A hiring manager is an individual who makes the final decision regarding the hiring process for a specific role. They ultimately are the direct manager of the new hire. Typically, as a team leader or department head, the hiring manager works closely with HR or recruitment teams to ensure the right candidate is selected based on skills, experience, and team fit.
