Knockout Screening

Knockout screening in recruitment is the process of quickly eliminating large groups of candidates who do not meet the basic qualifications or job requirements. So that recruiters can focus on candidates who are more likely to be a good fit for the position. If a candidate fails to meet any of the “knockout” conditions, they are disqualified early in the hiring process, saving time for recruiters and hiring managers.
