Longlist vs Vincere

Longlist vs Vincere: Pricing, Features, ATS & AI Compared

Which tool is the Right Choice?

Quick Summary

Longlist and Vincere are recruitment platforms designed for different priorities. Longlist focuses primarily on sourcing and outreach through a Chrome extension and lightweight mini-CRM, while Vincere provides a broader recruitment operating system for staffing and recruitment agencies.

Longlist starts at $59 per user per month and is built around fast, credit-based candidate and client contact discovery, sourcing, outreach and re-engagement. It also provides AI-assisted candidate recommendations and auto-classification, but its applicant tracking capabilities are lighter than those of a full ATS and it currently has no API.

Vincere takes a more comprehensive approach, combining applicant tracking, CRM, candidate management, workflows, analytics and broader recruitment operations. For agencies that need to manage more of the recruitment lifecycle in one system, Vincere offers broader functionality, while Longlist is more focused on sourcing efficiency.

Before committing to either platform, it's worth looking at iSmartRecruit as well, since it brings AI-driven applicant tracking, recruiting CRM and multilingual candidate engagement together under one roof.

"Terrible system - hard to use and holds data hostage"
What is there to NOT dislike? Importing data is not simple - you cannot import data without first assigning company IDs and contact ID's so adding a quick list from an event or similar is a waste of time and effort. Exporting data is not simple - you cannot just export some records, they allow you so export a CSV of up to 5000 records but even when filtering, you cannot export just that count (this has been tried and tested with their support team in tow...) Anything you want to do is cumbersome.... Want to integrate it to anything? Good luck finding something worth integrating. Literally the worst CRM, so much so that Excel would do a better job!
