Recruitly vs Vincere: Features, Pricing, ATS & Recruitment

Which tool is the Right Choice?

Quick Summary

Recruitly and Vincere are both recruitment-focused platforms built for staffing and recruitment agencies, but they target different levels of recruitment operations. Recruitly combines recruitment CRM, ATS, email marketing and job distribution in one modular cloud-based platform, making it well suited to small and mid-sized recruitment agencies.

Vincere is positioned as a more comprehensive recruitment operating system for staffing and recruitment businesses. It combines ATS, CRM, business development, candidate management, job management, reporting and automation, making it suitable for agencies that need to manage complex recruitment operations and scale their processes.

The main difference is Recruitly's simplicity and modular approach versus Vincere's broader recruitment operations and enterprise-oriented functionality. Recruitly is a strong choice for agencies looking for an accessible all-in-one ATS-CRM, while Vincere is better suited to growing and larger recruitment firms that need deeper operational management and automation. iSmartRecruit is another option for agencies seeking advanced AI automation, Recruiting CRM and multilingual candidate engagement.

Before committing to either platform, it's worth looking at iSmartRecruit as well, since it brings AI-driven applicant tracking, recruiting CRM and multilingual candidate engagement together under one roof.

Overview of Recruitly

Recruitly is a cloud-based recruitment platform built by UK firm The SOO Group, combining an applicant tracking system, recruitment CRM, marketing automation and job distribution tools into a single agency-focused workspace. The company positions itself as an alternative to juggling separate point solutions, aiming to replace what it estimates as roughly $429 a month in stitched-together ATS, CRM, job board and automation tools with one subscription.

On the workflow side, Recruitly covers candidate sourcing, CV parsing, job advert posting across 50-plus job boards, pipeline and deal management, and multi-channel outreach sequences spanning email and WhatsApp. Agencies can also build branded candidate portals, manage placements, apply GDPR automation to candidate records, and customise workflows for staffing, executive search, technical recruitment or boutique agency models.

Its more distinctive additions sit in the AI layer: an AI copilot called Simi that drafts emails and pipeline updates but waits for human confirmation before acting, AI-assisted candidate matching and CV rewriting, semantic search across a claimed 800 million-plus people database, and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector that lets the CRM talk directly to Claude.

Pricing runs on a per-user, per-month model, starting with a genuinely free plan on capped record limits and scaling through Solo, Professional and Enterprise tiers priced from around $25 to $120 a user per month on annual billing, with add-ons for sourcing credits, SMS, digital signatures and AI agent actions charged separately.

Recruitly tends to suit solo recruiters, boutique agencies and small-to-mid-size staffing businesses that want ATS, CRM and outreach in one login rather than a best-of-breed stack. Larger or multi-brand agencies with more complex compliance, reporting or integration needs may want to weigh it against other recruitment CRM platforms, including iSmartRecruit, before committing.

Overview of Vincere

Vincere is a recruitment operating system for staffing firms, recruitment agencies and executive search teams. Established in 2011 and headquartered in Singapore, it is now presented as part of Access Vincere Evo, a recruitment agency software suite that brings together ATS, CRM, automation, analytics, communication and operational tools.

The platform is built around Vincere Core, which combines applicant tracking and recruitment CRM functions. Agencies can manage candidates, clients, jobs, pipelines, placements and recruitment activity from one system, with tools designed to support front, middle and back-office recruitment workflows.

Its feature set includes LiveList™ for sharing shortlisted candidates with clients, VinnyChat for recruitment communication, Vinneo for video interviewing and outreach, and TimeTemp for managing temps, contractors, timesheets and scheduling. Vincere also includes recruitment portals, reporting dashboards and real-time analytics to help agencies monitor activity and performance.

For 2026, Vincere’s newer product focus is centred on AI-powered recruitment agency software. The updated data highlights recruitment automation, AI recruitment software and AI-powered candidate scoring, especially around shortlisting, video interviewing and workflow efficiency.

Vincere’s current pricing starts with CRM and ATS from £69 per user per month, while AI can be added on top of the CRM licence from £25 per agency per month. Before adding it to a shortlist, agencies should check which modules are included in the base licence, which features require add-ons, how data export is handled and whether the total setup suits their agency process.

"Terrible system - hard to use and holds data hostage"
What is there to NOT dislike? Importing data is not simple - you cannot import data without first assigning company IDs and contact ID's so adding a quick list from an event or similar is a waste of time and effort. Exporting data is not simple - you cannot just export some records, they allow you so export a CSV of up to 5000 records but even when filtering, you cannot export just that count (this has been tried and tested with their support team in tow...) Anything you want to do is cumbersome.... Want to integrate it to anything? Good luck finding something worth integrating. Literally the worst CRM, so much so that Excel would do a better job!
