Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA)

An NDA is a legal document signed by two or more parties that agree not to disclose business secrets shared between them during the hiring process. In recruitment and employment contexts, NDAs are used to protect sensitive information, including business plans, trade secrets, client data, intellectual property, and proprietary processes. It can be either mutual or unilateral.
