Overview of Ceipal

Ceipal was founded in 2015 and based in Rochester, New York. It is a full-fledged, AI-powered recruitment platform created to simplify the hiring process for staffing agencies, managed service providers (MSPs), and corporate recruiting teams.

The platform combines an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, making it easier to find, connect with, and hire the best candidates.

Ceipal's ATS uses AI to help sourcers find candidates, parse resumes, and schedule interviews automatically, so recruiters can quickly pinpoint and reach out to top talent. The CRM side of things strengthens relationships with clients and candidates by using built-in communication tools and adaptable workflows.

Beyond that, Ceipal includes a Vendor Management System (VMS) for handling relationships with external recruiting agencies, as well as a Workforce Management solution to keep track of employee information, timesheets, expenses, and compliance-related documents.

"Too many limitations"
Implementation has been a pain. Data migration from csv files has taken 30 days. Data imported from csv files cannot be searched. You need to have resumes on hand to enable search. Reporting is extremely limited.

Overview of Manatal

When looking for the right recruitment software, you must have come across manatal. There might be too many things running in your mind. It can be manatal, manatal reviews, manatal pricing or anything related to manatal ATS. Here, you're going to find honest manatal reviews, manatal features and all the related stuff. By the end of this post, you'll have surety about manatal ats and why iSmartRecruit is a good alternative.

Manatal was founded in 2017 and is based in Bangkok. It offers cloud-based recruitment software designed to simplify hiring for businesses of every size.

Manatal provides a full range of tools, including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), to boost efficiency in talent acquisition.

Manatal ATS makes it easy to find candidates from various sources, such as job boards, career pages, and social media. It allows recruiters to manage the hiring process through customisable workflows, ensuring a structured approach to hiring. The system also includes collaborative features so team members can share notes, schedule activities, and communicate effectively within the platform.

Manatal features include candidate recommendations and scoring, which help recruiters quickly identify the best candidates. The platform enhances candidate profiles by pulling data from multiple sources that give a complete picture of each applicant. Plus, Manatal offers a branded career page builder that helps companies showcase their brand identity and attract top talent.

The Manatal recruitment CRM tool lets agencies keep tabs on potential clients and nurture relationships with existing ones. It keeps things up and coming by sticking to data privacy rules like GDPR and CCPA so candidate info stays safe, but its customisation options still lack user-friendliness.

Manatal is helping all sorts of companies with their hiring. Its easy-to-use design and packed-in features make it a good choice for HR teams and recruitment agencies but not a great one. "Manatal is hot garbage"
Hot garbage. I wish my boss would have stuck with google sheets instead. I hate manatal. The ux/ui is frustratingly bad. It's slow. The way things are arranged is terrible. When I need to copy something off the interface it won't let me select things. We recruit for multiple clients and you have to memorize where everything is and have to go through multiple screens to get where to the menu you need. Unintuitive. Frustrating. Hot garbage
