You will develop dashboards and visual reports using industry tools, automate recurring analyses and produce executive reports that highlight key trends and recommendations. Working closely with HR centres of expertise, you will translate business questions into analytic approaches, testing hypotheses and presenting evidence in a clear, concise manner.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with data extraction and transformation.
