We are looking for a highly qualified Front-end developer who will join our IT team. You should have motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. You will be responsible for building client-side web components. You should be able to understand our customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

Front-end developers should be able to transform the UI and UX design services wireframes to code and represent the visual part of the application or website. Also, work with very closely with the UI/UX designer and backend development team. Collaborate with the UI/UX and backend team and bridge the gap by taking an active role on both sides. Ensure high performance and consistency of UI across all the platforms. In short a front-end developer is a key player in the web app development process, responsible for bringing to life the design and user interface of websites and web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering high quality and a complete front-end application with responsive design.
  • Produce a reusable code library for future implementation and reference.
  • Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop.
  • Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code.
  • Evaluate and make sure of the technical feasibility of UI/UX design implementation.
  • Coordinate with the back-end developers in the process of building the RESTful API.
  • Coordinating the workflow between the UI/UX designer and backend developer.
  • Communicating with external web services.
  • Create quality prototypes for a much clear understanding.
  • Stay up-to-date with new emerging technologies like graphQL, and Vue js. Etc...

Requirements

  • Good hands-on web markup, including HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Brief knowledge of LESS and SASS kinds of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL will be an advantage.
  • Should be able to build appropriate unit tests & integration tests.
  • Strong Logical Thinking as well as creative thinking.
  • Knowledge of leading javascript libraries and frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, BackboneJS, etc.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles.
  • Able to work with code versioning tools such as SVN, GitHub, BitBucket, etc.
  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats such as JSON, XML.
